Classical Yoga · Eastern Psychology

Manifestationbeginsbychangingyourrelationshipwithyourself.

Classical yoga and eastern psychology for people ready to stop managing symptoms and start meeting the self beneath them.

The pattern

Why do you keep repeating the same patterns?

Because you've been creating from scarcity and trauma instead of abundance.

Expectations

The mind believes:

“When I have this... I'll finally be complete.”

  • You want a new job to fulfill your purpose.
  • You want to earn more money to feel secure.
  • You want a relationship to experience happiness.
  • You want a different routine to finally find peace.

Sensitivities

The mind avoids:

“If this happens... it means something about me.”

  • You want to wake up earlier so you won't feel judged.
  • You want to become more disciplined because you're afraid of feeling inadequate.
  • You want to get in shape to feel more confident.
  • You want a better car to prove your success.

The philosophy behind the method

तदा द्रष्टुः स्वरूपेऽवस्थानम्

Tadā draṣṭuḥ svarūpe 'vasthānam.

“Then the Seer abides in its own true nature.”

Yoga Sūtra 1.3

When the fluctuations of the mind settle, awareness recognizes itself. From this place, purpose is no longer something to chase. It becomes something to express.

The Reclaim Method™

When you abide in your own true nature, your awareness changes, your choices change, and your reality changes.

Step 01 / 05

Observe

Develop the capacity to witness thoughts and emotions (Draṣṭā) instead of being consumed by them.

A practical framework

The Reclaim Method™ integrates Classical Yoga and Eastern Psychology into a practical framework for self-study and conscious living.

Learn to understand yourself before trying to change your life.

Who is Diego-ji

A fellow sadhaka

A fellow sadhaka, a little further down the path.

With over eight years of meditation practice, my journey has evolved from personal exploration into a deeper study of the self, guided by Vedanta and a commitment to understanding our true nature beyond the ego.

My path has taken me through immersive experiences, including living in a Hare Krishna community in California and studying Yoga psychology, philosophy, and physiology in India. These experiences shaped my understanding of devotion, discipline, and the role of community in inner growth.

Today, I integrate ancient wisdom with modern life through counseling, meditation, and breathwork, helping others cultivate clarity, balance, and self-awareness.

I am not here to tell you who you are.

I am here to help you remember.

What others are saying

I have guided people across four countries to find clarity, purpose, and practical solutions to their challenges.

From entrepreneurs to individuals seeking their own purpose, helping each find practical ground beneath the noise.
