My journey

From personal experience to teaching.

For more than eight years, meditation and self-inquiry have been part of my personal journey. What began as an attempt to understand my own suffering gradually became a deeper commitment to classical Yoga, Vedānta, and the exploration of human behavior.

This journey led me through spiritual communities and eventually to India, where I immersed myself in traditional Yoga education.

Today, my work brings together Yoga psychology, contemplative practices, and CBT-informed personal development to encourage greater self-awareness and conscious living.

Experience and background

Yoga, contemplative practice, and a professional path.

Before dedicating myself to Yoga education and contemplative practices, I spent more than fifteen years working in the corporate and creative industries in Brazil.

As a manager, branding strategist, and agency owner, I worked with more than one hundred clients, navigating different organizational cultures, leadership styles, teams, and professional challenges.

Throughout these experiences, I became increasingly interested in the human patterns behind everyday professional behavior.

How we communicate under pressure. How we respond to criticism. How our expectations influence our relationships. And how easily familiar reactions can shape the way we work together.

My professional experience eventually became part of a much broader personal journey into Yoga philosophy, meditation, self-inquiry, and human behavior.

Today, I bring these two dimensions of my experience together. An understanding of the organizational environment, combined with the contemplative perspective of classical Yoga and educational insights from cognitive-behavioral principles.

My background includes advanced Yoga teacher training, immersive study of classical Yoga in India, years of meditation practice, and continuing education in cognitive-behavioral principles and Yoga Psychology.

Details of completed qualifications and ongoing training are available on request.

My approach

Integrating scientific understanding and spiritual self-inquiry.

Classical Yoga offers a philosophical framework for exploring the movements of the mind, conditioned habits, attachment, and the nature of thinking.

Cognitive-behavioral education offers practical ways to examine the relationships between thoughts, emotions, interpretations, and actions.

Together they contribute insights into how we understand our experiences and develop greater self-awareness.

A personal manifesto

Understand yourself before trying to change yourself.

You don't have to believe everything you think.

You can begin by observing it.

Understand your patterns. Reclaim yourself.

Let's connect

The journey begins with a single conversation.
