Movement · Breathwork · Concentration · Meditation
Self-Regulate Classes are designed for individuals who want to deepen their understanding of Yoga beyond physical postures.
Beyond the physical practice
Four foundations of practice
01 — Movement
Become aware of how you move.
Explore traditional Āsanas and mindful movement to cultivate body awareness, coordination, stability, and conscious attention.
The objective is not to achieve a perfect posture, but to develop a more attentive relationship with the body.
Practice: Hatha Yoga
02 — Breathwork
Discover the rhythm of your breath.
Learn foundational Prāṇāyāma practices and breathing awareness techniques that support relaxation, self-regulation, and a steady practice routine.
Practice: Pranayama
03 — Concentration
Train the capacity to return your attention.
Explore practices that help you focus on a single object, such as the breath, a sound, or another suitable point of concentration.
The practice is about noticing distractions and returning your attention intentionally.
Practice: Kriyas (concentration exercises).
04 — Meditation
Learn to observe without immediately reacting.
Develop a regular contemplative practice that encourages awareness of thoughts, sensations, and habitual mental activity.
Practice: Meditation and introspection.
Weekly schedule
Classes are offered on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, with different sessions throughout the day.
Choose the practices that suit your interests and develop a routine you can sustain.

Sometimes, all it takes is making space to observe your breath, move with intention, and experience a moment of stillness.
Your practice begins here.
