The patterns we bring to work
Different workplaces. Familiar human patterns.
We don't leave our habitual thoughts, expectations, and emotional responses behind when we enter the workplace.
They influence how we communicate, interpret feedback, respond to challenges, make decisions, and relate to the people around us.
Two perspectives · One educational experience
Where scientific understanding meets spiritual self-inquiry.
The workshops bring together selected insights from two different traditions.
Classical Yoga Psychology
Offers a philosophical foundation for exploring attachment, aversion, self-awareness, and habitual tendencies.
Cognitive-behavioral education
Introduces practical concepts for examining the relationships between interpretations, thoughts, emotions, and actions.
Together, these perspectives inform a structured, nonclinical experience of self-inquiry and reflective learning.
Participants are invited to apply these ideas to ordinary situations in their personal and professional lives.
Understand yourself before trying to change your response.

The learning journey
Three days to explore the patterns behind our everyday choices.
Day 01 — Understand & Observe
Recognize the patterns.
Explore how learned beliefs, interpretations, and expectations can influence the way we experience everyday situations.
Through examples, guided reflection, and group discussions, participants begin to identify familiar patterns in communication, feedback, and decision-making.
Learning focus: Self-awareness, interpretations, habitual reactions, and self-observation.
Day 02 — Regulate & Discern
Create space before responding.
Explore how breathing awareness, mindful pauses, and focused attention can support a more deliberate response to everyday challenges.
Participants practice distinguishing between an event, their interpretation of it, and the behavior that follows.
Learning focus: Attention, contemplative practices, reflective choices, and everyday stress-management skills.
Day 03 — Align & Integrate
Bring awareness into action.
Reflect on the relationship between personal values, everyday decisions, professional relationships, and behavioral habits.
Participants develop an individual practice plan for applying selected insights from the workshop to their daily routines.
Learning focus: Intentional action, consistent practice, personal values, and everyday integration.

The experience behind the method
More than fifteen years working with people, brands, and organizations.
Before dedicating myself to Yoga education and contemplative practices, I spent more than fifteen years working in the corporate and creative industries in Brazil.
As a manager, branding strategist, and agency owner, I worked with more than one hundred clients, navigating different organizational cultures, leadership styles, teams, and professional challenges.
Throughout these experiences, I became increasingly interested in the human patterns behind everyday professional behavior.
How we communicate under pressure. How we respond to criticism. How our expectations influence our relationships. And how easily familiar reactions can shape the way we work together.
My professional experience eventually became part of a much broader personal journey into Yoga philosophy, meditation, self-inquiry, and human behavior.
Today, I bring these two dimensions of my experience together. An understanding of the organizational environment, combined with the contemplative perspective of classical Yoga and educational insights from cognitive-behavioral principles.
The Reclaim Workshops were developed to create a space where people can explore their patterns, question their assumptions, and practice relating to their professional experiences with greater awareness.
Because behind every position, responsibility, and professional title, there is a human being. And understanding the human being is part of understanding how we work together.
